Welcome the Sun back into your life with the sacred vinyasa Surya Namaskar. People around the world will be participating in global challenge of 1 million Sun Salutations by January 31st! Help us reach our goal by doing as many Sun Salutations as you'd like on your own, with your friends, or in a class and then post to this group with how many you did. Remember that each person counts, so if you teach a class with 10 students and everyone does 5 that's 50 Sun Salutations! Finished 100 on Sunday. I hope Yogamama can add them all up. We did pretty good.

Ok managed 100 yesterday and will do another 100 today perhaps that will get us past 1,000.

Ok. Haven't checked in for a while. Did 50 On Thursday. Had both classes do Ten last Thursday that comes to another 210. Will do more tommorrow but I started MMA conditioning again and I am so sore today I'm skipping. Yesterday did 30 in a class of 11. They were hate'n it. Haven't added them all up yet though.

My class on Friday was six students that did 6 Sun Salutes that equals 36+60+80+210+240+233= 859!!! Awesome!!

My Lewis and Clark class all did five (they're beginners but they did ok) there are 12 so that's 60. I had my Woodriver class do 10 there were 8 in that class so that's 80 and I did another 50 during Primary series so that's 190 perhaps I'll rest today but who knows.

My student Susan and I did 50 sun salutations each yesterday and my Wednesday night class, I had 16 and they all did 10 so that is 210. Not bad but I'll probably do 50 or so more today and make my two classes tonight and do some more.

Had 24 in my evening class. We did ten that comes out to 240 and during the Primary series you can ad 46 more. Doing Primary Series again today so that's about 46 or so more. I'll have my intermediate class do a bunch tommorrow but they won't like it.

4 Salutes in a class of 4 that puts us at 16+200 from Rich + 4 from laboyce=13 I did yester day that is......233 YES!!! Keep up the good work!

Well I did a 100 on Saturday and a 100 on Thursday. That's about 200 hundred so far.
