So, maybe our first event should be a movie & coffee afterwards. Saaaaaay, 'Where the Wild Things Are' and a social walk to The Grind in the CWE? Tell us what you think!

@ashtangi - if you ever see a movie or event that seems interesting, you can suggest it to the group so we can make proper plans on getting to it

Sounds good, but I'm thinking we need to see Mystic India tomorrow at the Omnimax at 2pm (the only showtime) and can do after that?!?

yeah- I'd say the week after... That's time enough to spread the word. A Saturday afternoon might very well be essentially vacant... but a weeknight is likely the way to go if we actually plan on getting a huge flock and having the place to ourselves.

Ok, so do we plan to do it on opening night or the week after? Right now, it's impossible to find any showtime info since it's not out yet. :|

I'm with Jeffrey on the weeknight plan so we have the place to ourselves, and I think people have more things to attend on Saturday night so we may get a bigger group on a weeknight.

Well, it comes out in about a week, but we need at least 2 weeks to promote seeing it as a group. We need to figure out a theater...I'm thinking the Chase. Saturday day time sound good and the group could walk somewhere after in the CWE. I'm also assuming children are welcome!

I'm interested in getting hordes of people to go see "Where the Wild Things Are" It opens on the 16th, but I wanted to see it weeknight early so we could have the place to ourselves and our imaginations.
I'm happy to see whatever, saw "Whip it" last night and will see "informant" as part of a brother/sister pact.
Haven't seen any films in a while and now it's pouring. Let it rain!
